Congratulations Senator @jonmartinesq & Representative Jenna Persons-Mulicka on passing SB 1296. This is a commonsense reform: If a union wants the exclusive right to negotiate, they should have the support of the majority of their members. SB 1296 ensures that union leadership represents their members, not just a vocal few. @americansforprosperity
