Americans for Prosperity-Florida Congratulates Marco Rubio on Confirmation to Serve as Secretary of State
Tallahassee, FL—Americans for Prosperity-Florida (AFP-FL) congratulated former Senator Marco Rubio on his swift confirmation to serve as Secretary of State in President Donald Trump’s cabinet.
AFP-FL State Director, Skylar Zander, stated:
“We are thrilled to see fellow Floridians taking key leadership positions in the Trump-Vance Administration. Our state has had strong, successful leadership over the years and we’re excited that President Trump has recognized that and appointed many, such as Secretary Rubio, to cabinet positions. We hope that Secretary Rubio will resolutely advance President Trump’s goal of measuring success abroad not only by the battles that we win “but also by the wars that we end” and “the wars that we never get into.”
